I’m going away for the weekend

I still haven’t got my phone back, so I won’t be able to track my food, which sucks.

I’m not even going to be able to text or call people or anything. I have 630 calories left to eat today.

I’ll try to eat under 1000 calories each day, but it’s going to be so hard to actually count it.

Hopefully, in the next hour before I leave, they’ll call me to tell me the phone’s where I can get it, which would be awesome.

Intake today:

This far, I’ve only had breakfast: two whole-grain slices of bread with cottage cheese (270 calories altogether) and a large cup of coffee with milk (40 calories). = 310 calories

I’ve walked off around 70 calories = 240 calories


So I basically have 760 calories left to eat today, but I just got my braces and I’m pretty sure I’m not going to want to eat anything solid the next year or so….

Yeah, but I’d be waaaay too scared to ruin the braces, since I am the clumsiest person on Earth and hates going to the dentist. A lot. :) I might try it after a few weeks, but until then…. :/

Mustard + barbeque sauce (20 calories)

Three slices of bread (240 calories)

5g butter (35 calories)

Three slices of cheese (117)

One egg white (16)

Two tomatoes (40 calories)

Two cups of milk with coffee (60 calories)

Four cherry tomatoes (15 calories)

A lot, but this isn’t going to keep me down. (I’ve also burned 80 calories by taking a short walk.)

Yesterday was good

I hung out with friends and moved around a LOT, and even though I had half a pizza (we have them in that size where you’re supposed to eat a whole) I’m pretty sure I worked it all off. I did lose my phone so I couldn’t insert the food and excercise into my app, but I’m pretty sure it was alltogether under 1000 calories because I really moved around + ran around trying to find my phone.

I’m also really proud that, even if I didn’t have the app, I didn’t overeat, because sometimes that happen just because I haven’t registered all the food.

Well, I’m on Spring Break! So I thought I’d take my exercise to a new level.
This was actually really hard to construct considering I took the time out to test things. I used BlogilatesTV workouts. What I found while doing this:
Tighter abs & slimmer legs during the first week. LOVE!
I saw results almost instantly.
Reducing my dairy and meat intake really slimmed me down and gave me far less complications with my stomach than ever.
I also took omega-3 pills while on this.
I exercised 5 days a week for 30-40 minutes. What you’ll see on the guide (the numbers) are how long you should do each video for.
If you don’t want to follow my food guide, try not to eat white grains or drink anything besides water.
During Week 4 you should slowly ease back into normal off-guide eating. This does not include eating junk foods or anything that isn’t good for you.
(*keep in mind I do not weigh myself, I believe in letting your weight settle naturally.)

What a beautiful lady!

305 lbs is obese and extremely unhealthy. There is nothing attractive about someone who doesn’t take care of their only body to live in during their only life. I’m sure she’s a lovely lady, but it’s a dangerous and short lifestyle.

Agreed with the comment above. She’s fucking beautiful not gonna lie, and I admire her confidence, but I fear for her health D:

You know what? No. No. A person’s size might say something about their lifestyle, but probably doesn’t. It doesn’t say ANYTHING about what they eat, if it’s healthy or not, and it doesn’t say ANYTHING about if they live an active lifestyle.

“Thin” people may eat nothing but junk (stressing on “nothing”) and smoke and destroy their health in other ways. And you know what? Feeling bad about your appearance is a thousand times worse for your health than being overweight.

This lady is lovely and I wish I could feel the same thing about my body.
